1. Who we are

REO ("we", "us") provides a software platform for operating parcel locker networks, including a cloud dashboard, on-device applications, and public APIs. This policy explains how we handle personal data on this website and within the platform.

2. Data we collect

We collect the following categories of data:

• Contact details you submit through our forms — name, email address, company, and the content of your message.
• Account data for platform users — name, email, role, and authentication records.
• Operational data processed on behalf of locker operators — parcel events, pickup codes, and recipient notification details. For this data we act as a processor; the operator is the controller.
• Technical data — server logs including IP address, browser type, and requested pages, kept for security and troubleshooting.

3. Why we process it

We process personal data to respond to enquiries, provide and secure the platform, meet contractual obligations to locker operators, and comply with legal requirements. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. Where data lives

Platform data is hosted on infrastructure in the European Union. Each operator network runs on its own isolated database. Data is encrypted in transit between our services, lockers, and integrations.

5. Retention

Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for up to 24 months afterwards. Operational data is retained according to each operator's configuration and contractual terms. Server logs are rotated within 90 days.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. For data processed on behalf of a locker operator, we will route your request to the responsible operator.
