About us
We build the software lockers deserve
Our story
Parcel lockers are winning the last mile: they cut delivery costs, slash failed deliveries, and give customers pickup on their own schedule. But the software behind most networks is a patchwork — one vendor's firmware, another's dashboard, a third's API, none of them really talking to each other.
We lived that patchwork as operators. Every new feature meant three support tickets to three companies. So we built REO: a single platform where the operator dashboard, the on-device software, and the public API are designed together and released together.
Today REO runs locker networks for postal operators, couriers, retailers, and property managers — from single-building parcel rooms to fleets of hundreds of machines.

How we work
Principles we don't trade away
Isolation first
Every customer network gets its own database. Security by architecture beats security by promise.
Offline is normal
Street hardware loses connectivity. Our device software treats it as a state, not an emergency.
One product
Cloud, device, and API ship together. No feature exists until it works end to end.
Operators at the table
Our roadmap comes from people who load lockers at 6 a.m., not from feature checklists.
